Tools
Calculators, not oracles. Each tool applies a documented physiological model and points you back to the article that explains the science. The maths runs in your browser: nothing is sent anywhere to compute it. They do ask for an account, the same one that opens the coaching app, and the one that carries your profile from one tool to the next. Nothing is sold, nothing is resold.
// SOURCED OR NOTHING — the equations behind these tools →
Power Zones
FTP → your 7 Coggan zones + Sweet Spot, in watts, bpm and W/kg. With a workout intensity slider and a 3-zone polarised view.
Critical Power (CP & W′)
2 maximal efforts → your CP, your anaerobic reserve W′, your predicted power curve and how long you hold X watts.
The Battle Plan
Your GPX → detected segments, finish time, watts per section, carbs to swallow and an hour-by-hour hydration plan.
The Running Battle Plan
Trail or marathon, a route or just a distance → time per section via Minetti's cost equation, grade-adjusted pace (GAP), fuelling and the wall.
The Triathlon Composer
Swim, T1, bike, T2, run: the day chained — format-capped bike IF, post-bike degraded pace and the full carb budget.
Climb Pacing
Length, gradient and strategy → ascent time, target watts kilometre by kilometre, and the tactical orders that go with them.
Bottle Mixology
Malto, fructose, sodium → osmolarity and a verdict: fuel, or a gut pressure washer. 2:1 and hydrogel recipes included.
Sweat Rate
The weigh-in protocol: how much you sweat per hour, your deficit, and the fluid + sodium order that follows.
VO2max & W/kg
What your frame promises vs what your engine delivers, and where your W/kg puts you, from beginner to WorldTour.
Estimates based on published models. They replace neither a lab test nor a brain. Check them in the field.
